The Krohne OPTIFLUX 4050 is an electromagnetic flowmeter (EMF) for chemical applications in non-hazardous areas. The OPTIFLUX 4050 provides a cost-effective measurements with good accuracy, standard diagnostics and communication options. The extra isolation of the OPTIFLUX 4050 makes it particularly suitable for use in areas with extreme humidity and with chances of flooding.
The OPTIFLUX 4050 features a section of chemically resistant liners and electrodes. Because of the full bore design with no moving or intruding parts, there is no pressure loss and no maintenance required. The OPTIFLIX 4050 comes with current output (incl. HART) or active pulse/frequency output and Modbus. A full on-site verification of the OPTIFLUX 4050 without process interruption can be carried out using the OPTICHECK service tool.
