The Kongsberg GT402 is a Marine Pressure Transmitter for level measurement on ballast and service tanks. The GT402 will measure static pressure from the liquid column. When the monitoring system has information about the density and temperature, the contents of the tank can easily be calculated. The GT402 is mounted to the tank via a control valve.
Then the Kongsberg GT402 is supplied as part of the GL-100 High Accuracy Level Gauge Radar, the transmitter if preferably installed on the radar adapter.
