The 45681-335APO can operate with a compatible detector installed or with a cap fitted, allowing it to function as a stand-alone visual alarm device. This flexibility makes it suitable for a wide range of fire alarm system designs where visual notification is required.

In addition, the base synchronises flash patterns across all connected devices, creating a consistent and easily recognisable alarm indication throughout the protected area.
