The Testifire 2000-001 is an advanced detector tester designed to test smoke, heat, and carbon monoxide (CO) detectors using a single device. By generating all three test stimuli within the unit, it enables engineers to test detectors individually or apply multiple stimuli simultaneously, depending on the detector type and testing requirements.

Unlike traditional testing methods, the Testifire 2000 does not rely on pressurised aerosol cans or other hazardous materials. Instead, it generates smoke, heat, and CO on demand using safe, patented technology powered by replaceable capsules. As a result, engineers can carry out detector testing more safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.

Furthermore, using a single tool for multiple detector types reduces the amount of equipment required on site. Combined test stimuli can also activate multi-sensor detectors more quickly, helping to significantly reduce testing times and improve productivity.

In addition, the unique Clearing Cycle rapidly removes test stimuli from the detector after activation, helping engineers reset detectors quickly and avoid repeat alarms during maintenance and commissioning activities.
