The Signaline UCB-Ex is an universal connector box with an EX enclosure. The UCB-Ex is designed for use with the Signaline HD/FT.
The Signaline UCB-Ex can be used as an end of line unit, junction box or an interposing line unit. The UCB-Ex comes complete with cable glands, stoppers, terminal block and resistors. This means the unit is ready for use on-site and reduces installation time and cost.
The GRP enclosure ensures a very high IP rating, excellent corrosion and UV resistance. This makes the Signaline UCB-Ex suitable for the harshest of areas.
Signaline UCB-Ex is also approved for use in Zone 1, 2, 21 and 22 enviornments.
The UCB-Ex is supplied with:
1x Ex enclosure (with lid)
2x brass glands
2x Ex nylon glands
1x Ex nylon stopping plug
1x terminal block (fitted)
1x terminal block holder (fitted)
1x 470 ohm resistor (colour code: yellow/violet/brown/gold)
1x 680 ohm resistor (colour code: blue/grey/brown/gold)
