The Krohne OPTIMASS 1010 is a cost-effective twin straight tube Coriolis Mass Flowmeter, for a wide range of universal and hygienic applications with liquids and gases (up to 170,000 kg/h or 6,235 lb/min and +130°C / +266°F). The OPTIMASS 1010 comes with an integrated Modbus converter, making it the ideal solution where a DCS or a PLC is already in use and extensive communication options and control functions are not necessary. Due to the Modbus interface, the OPTIMASS 1010 integrates easily into existing controller systems.
The Krohne OPTIMASS 1010 features an optimised flow splitter for minimum pressure loss and can be drained and cleaned easily. The OPTIMASS 1010 supports standard flange process connections, and a wide range of standard hygienic connections for food and beverage applications. It can also be used in hazardous areas. The OPTIMASS 1010 is available with an EtherNet/IP Interface Box offering a full-featured web-interface for configuration, maintenance and diagnostics as well as smooth integration into major EtherNet/IP host systems.
