The FireBeam Xtra (FIREBEAM-XTRA) is an advanced reflective beam smoke detector designed to protect large open spaces and high-ceiling environments. Combining a motorised self-aligning beam head with a ground-level controller, the system simplifies installation, commissioning, and maintenance while delivering reliable long-range smoke detection.

The FIREBEAM-XTRA automatically aligns itself to the centre of the reflector during commissioning and continuously maintains alignment to compensate for normal building movement. This intelligent self-alignment technology helps reduce false alarms and minimises the need for manual adjustment, saving time and maintenance costs throughout the life of the system.

The latest Xtra model features enhanced optics that extend the maximum operating distance to 160 metres, eliminating the need for multiple beam detectors in many long-range applications.
