FHF mHP 12 Ex Signalling Hooter

The FHF mHP 12 Ex provides a powerful audible warning signal for hazardous areas where explosive atmospheres may be present. Designed for Zone 1 and Zone 2 applications, it delivers reliable alarm signalling in industrial facilities, petrochemical plants, and other environments where clear acoustic warnings are essential.

Furthermore, the mHP 12 Ex generates a sound output of approximately 108 dB(A), ensuring alarms remain clearly audible even in demanding industrial conditions. The unit uses a powerful non-polarised electromagnetic drive with an adjustable striker that impacts the diaphragm between 100 and 120 times per second, producing a distinctive hooter signal that quickly attracts attention.

In addition, the hooter is available with commonly used supply voltages, allowing engineers to integrate it easily into a wide range of warning and alarm systems. Its compact, robust design and hazardous-area certification make it suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations.
