MEDC XB15 Weatherproof Hazardous Area Beacon
The MEDC XB15 is a weatherproof visual beacon designed for use in dangerous areas and harsh industrial environments. Suitable for both onshore and offshore installations, it combines a lightweight design with excellent corrosion resistance, making it ideal for applications where durability and reliability are essential.
Manufactured from UV-stable glass reinforced polyester (GRP), the XB15 provides long-term protection against corrosion, even in challenging environments. Furthermore, the beacon incorporates a supervisory diode and four wire connections for fire and alarm system applications, allowing reliable monitoring and operation.
In addition, MEDC offers the XB15 in a range of lens colours and configurations, enabling engineers to tailor the beacon to specific site requirements. Customers can also specify custom paint finishes and identification labels to suit project standards.
