The Apollo XP95 Multi-Tone Open-Area Sounder Beacon (55000-299APO) is a loop-powered audible and visual alarm device designed for indoor Type A applications. Featuring a white body with a red flashing beacon, the unit provides effective fire alarm notification for open areas and integrates seamlessly with Apollo XP95 and Discovery fire alarm systems.
The 55000-299APO operates directly from the addressable loop and requires no external power supply. Operating at 18–28V DC, the device delivers a nominal sound output of 100dB(A) while drawing just 5mA from the loop. With synchronised audible and visual signalling, selectable alarm tones, and flexible addressing options, it is ideal for a wide range of commercial, industrial, healthcare, and public-sector applications.
