Our team sails aboard the Eendracht

What do you do when your Thai team flies in, the sun is out, and you’ve just made a sailing ship from 1989 safer for the 21st century? You take everyone out on the water, of course.

This week, our full crew climbed aboard the Eendracht, the Netherlands’ biggest three-masted schooner. The timing couldn’t have been better: World Maritime Day. And the reason we were invited? We sponsored and installed a brand-new fire safety system on board.

Our engineers fitted the ship with a full Esento Marine 12-zone fire detection system. Detectors, sirens, call points, the works. All designed and installed in-house. Because when you’re sailing with trainees, volunteers, and guests, safety isn’t optional, it’s everything.

So after months of planning and wiring, we finally got to see the system in place and celebrate with the people who make it all happen.

There was music on deck, great food, and a lot of laughter. The Thai team brought their energy and the Dutch team brought the bitterballen.

A huge thank you to Stichting Zeilschip Eendracht for trusting us with their ship and for giving us the best office day ever.

Fair winds, safe seas, and here’s to many more trips like this.
