Consilium Salwico NS-AH/CS Heat Detector N11232

The Consilium Salwico NS-AH/CS (N11232) continuously monitors ambient temperatures and quickly identifies abnormal heat conditions within Salwico addressable fire alarm systems. Designed for applications where heat detection is preferred, it provides fast and reliable fire detection while helping operators respond to developing incidents at an early stage.

The detector initiates an alarm when temperatures reach its pre programmed 84°C fixed temperature threshold. In addition, it continuously tracks temperature changes and generates a rate-of-rise pre-alarm when temperatures increase unusually quickly, providing earlier warning of potentially dangerous conditions. The detector is easily recognised by its distinctive red identification mark.

Using a high quality electronic sensing element with low thermal mass, the NS-AH/CS reacts rapidly to temperature fluctuations and delivers highly accurate readings. It continuously sends temperature information to the fire alarm control panel, allowing operators to monitor conditions in real time.

When the detector identifies an alarm condition, it immediately activates its red LED indicator, enabling personnel to locate the activated detector quickly. The LED remains on until the fire alarm control panel resets the alarm, making sure the source of the alarm can be easily identified during investigations and emergency response.
