The Salwico DOS-3 N1115 is a low profile, conventional, optical smoke detector that is designed to combine optimal response to smoke with a strong immunity to false and unwanted alarms.
The Sensor in the DOS3 has an alarm verification function which needs to successive pulses before an alarm is given.
The DOS3 N1115 provides a strong immunity air velocities, contamination and EMC. A special protective mesh ensures that smoke can enter the detector easily, while accessibility to insects and airborne contaminants is eliminated.
The N1115 DOS3 detector can be mounted on bases for use in both dry spaces and in harsh environments.
The DOS3 is compatible with the OD-5 smoke detector.
