The Apollo Soteria Optical/Heat Multisensor Detector – Non-Isolated (SA5000-700APO) combines advanced optical smoke detection and heat sensing in a single intelligent detector. Using Apollo’s PureLight optical sensing technology, the detector continuously monitors for smoke particles while two integrated thermistors provide accurate heat detection, improving fire recognition while helping to reduce false alarms.
The detector can be configured to detect smoke only, heat only, or a combination of smoke and heat, making it able it to be changed to the specific requirements of the protected area. This flexibility makes the SA5000-700APO fitting for a wide range of commercial, healthcare, hospitality, educational, and office environments.
Designed for use with Apollo’s advanced CoreProtocol communications, the detector delivers enhanced performance and intelligent functionality while remaining mechanically compatible with existing Apollo detector bases. Features such as drift compensation, tri-colour status indication, and FasTest technology help make maintenance easier and ensure consistent long-term performance.
