The Consilium Salwico EV-P (040020) provides fast and reliable smoke detection for analogue addressable fire alarm systems. Using an advanced optical sensing chamber, it delivers early warning of smoke and developing fire conditions while maintaining a high level of immunity to unwanted alarms.

Furthermore, the EV-P features the distinctive OMNIVIEW 360° LED indicator, providing clear alarm visibility from every angle. As a result, personnel can quickly identify activated detectors and locate alarm events more efficiently.

Engineers can configure addresses from 1 to 254 using a dedicated programming tool, allowing flexible integration into Salwico fire detection systems. In addition, when fitted to a splash-proof detector base, the EV-P can operate reliably in harsher environments where additional environmental protection is required.

A specially designed fine-pitch mesh improves smoke entry into the optical chamber while helping to prevent dust, insects, and other airborne contaminants from entering the detector. Consequently, the EV-P maintains reliable performance and reduces maintenance requirements over time.
