The Consilium Salwico EV-H/CS (040005) detects high-temperature fire conditions in environments where standard heat detectors may not be suitable. Designed as an analogue addressable heat detector, it activates when temperatures reach 84°C, making it ideal for applications with elevated ambient temperatures.
Furthermore, the EV-H/CS communicates using the Evolution FSK protocol, providing reliable integration with compatible Salwico fire alarm systems. Its address is stored in onboard EEPROM memory and can be configured using a programming tool, simplifying installation and commissioning.
In addition, the detector supports both Remote Indicator Lamp (RIL) and base control outputs, providing flexible options for remote alarm indication and system integration. As a result, engineers can easily adapt the detector to a wide range of marine, offshore, and industrial fire detection applications.
