The Krohne OPTIFLUX 6050 is an electromagnetic flowmeter (EMF) for basic hygienic applications in the food sector. The OPTIFLUX 6050 offers a cost-effective flow measurement where an extremely high accuracy, extensive diagnostics or a wide range of digital communication options are not a priority. The OPTIFLUX 6050 is 3A and EHEDG certified and comes with industry specific hygienic adapters. It has no crevices, gaps or blind spots and is designed to stay free of any contamination. This makes the OPTIFLUX 6050 compliant to the most stringent hygienic demands in the food and beverage industry.
Due to the reinforced liner, the OPTIFLUX 6050 can withstand high temperatures up to 140°C / 284°F and vacuum impacts. It can be used in CIP or SIP cleaning procedures. In addition to the weld-end connections, the OPTIFLUX 6050 is available with a large number of hygienic fittings, including DIN 11851, DIN 11864, clamp and SMS. A full on-site verification of the flowmeter without process interruption can be carried out using the OPTICHECK service tool.
