As a zone-powered combination unit, the 55000-017APO connects directly to an AlarmSense circuit and delivers both synchronised sound and flashing visual warning during alarm conditions. Furthermore, its polarity-insensitive design speeds up installation and reduces wiring errors, making it easier to install, maintain, and expand.
In addition, the unit synchronises its Apollo alarm tone with other AlarmSense sounders and Sounder Visual Indicator Bases, ensuring a consistent audible warning throughout the protected area. The integrated red LED also flashes in sync with other AlarmSense visual indicators, creating a coordinated visual alarm signal that is easy to recognise.
