The Apollo XPander Diversity Loop Interface Unit (XPA-IN-14050-APO) provides a reliable link between XPander wireless devices and an Apollo addressable fire alarm system. The interface unit can monitor up to 31 XPander wireless devices and report the status of each device directly to the fire alarm control panel.
The unit receives radio signals from connected XPander detectors and devices and converts them into information that can be understood by the fire alarm control panel. This allows wireless devices to operate as part of an addressable fire detection system, with each wireless device appearing to the control panel as a normal addressable device.
The XPA-IN-14050-APO is loop-powered and includes a built-in loop isolator for increased system reliability. Its diversity aerial design improves signal integrity and helps maintain reliable communication between wireless devices and the fire alarm panel.
