The Solo 423-001 is a professional mains-powered heat detector tester designed for accurate functional testing of fixed temperature, rate-of-rise, and combination heat detectors. Suitable for detectors installed at heights of up to 9 metres, it delivers reliable performance while helping engineers carry out testing safely from floor level.

In addition, the tester can activate heat detectors with operating temperatures of up to 90°C (194°F). Making it suitable for a wide range of commercial and industrial applications. The large transparent test cup keeps detector status LEDs clearly visible throughout the test. Enabling engineers to verify activation quickly, accurately, and with confidence.

Furthermore, the Solo 423-001 features an integrated thermal cut-out for enhanced safety and equipment protection.  Maximise testing flexibility with the included 5-metre power cable, and increase your working range to 10 metres by adding the Solo 425 extension cable.
