The Dantorque DTU Double Acting Actuator uses the basic operating principle of a helical splined piston skirt that produces a 90 degree rotation as the piston strokes up and down between the stops. The Dantorque DTU Double Acting Actuator converts the hydraulic energy into a rotation, with an output torque that is proportional to the applied pressure. The output torque is constant throughout the stroke of the actuator.
