Foxboro S990B Flange Diaphragm Seal for Pressure + d/p Transmitter

The Foxboro S990B is a Diaphragm Seal that is used when the physical and chemical parameters of the process medium does not permit direct mounting of the transmitter at the measuring point.

The Foxboro S990B is a Diaphragm Seal that is used when the physical and chemical parameters of the process medium does not permit direct mounting of the transmitter at the measuring point. There parameters are for example aggressive, hot, high viscosity, crystallizing process media or such containing solids.

The Foxboro S990B is attached to the pressure, absolute or differential pressure transmitters at the input side. The S990B can also be connected directly to the transmitter or via capillary lines. Transmission of the pressure is effected hydraulically from the diaphragm seal and the separating diaphragms of the pressure seal to the measuring diaphragm of the Transmitter.
