The Draeger PSS Rescue Hood is fitted on the inside with a foam pad silencer on the hose connector, reducing the air supply’s sound level making it easier to communicate with the person being rescued.
Fast and simple to deploy
Simply place the Dräger PSS Rescue Hood over the head of the person being rescued and connect to the Breathing Apparatus. Tighten the draw string of the hood around the wearers neck to make air-tight. The Draeger PSS is designed to fit all head sizes and accommodate spectacle wearers without the need to remove their glasses.
Lightweight and compact
The Dräger PSS is compact, lightweight and is supplied in a pouch which attaches to the belt of the wearers Breathing Apparatus, making it easily accessible in the event of an emergency.
