The Tyco R4 is a SIL2 Compliant PLC Based Solution Fire Detection System. The Tyco R4 is aimed, bot not limited to, the turbine market. The Tyco R4 Fire Detection System was designed to mimic the Fit, Form and Function of the obsolete How Fire R3 Turbine Protection System, whilst providing an up-to-date solution using state of the art technology. The R4 Fire Detection System utilises the Siemens S7 Range of PLC hardware and uses a 7″ Touch HMI into the front fascia plate of the Main System Rack.
The Tyco R4 Fire Detection System is designed to be easily expanded and is configurable via the use of additional Remote IO (RIO) Drop Racks.
