The Menvier MDR240 is a heavy duty magnetic door holder. The Menvier MDR240 is robust and easy to install, making it ideal for use in a wide range of applications. The Menvier MDR240 has a holding force of 40kg and enables the doors to be held open under normal conditions. When a fire alarm is activated, the MDR240 will automatically release the doors.
The Menvier MDR240 is supplied with a door mounted striker plate, and can be fixed directly to a wall. A floor bracket can be used to allow mounting to the floor. The Menvier MDR240 come with a override switch to manually release the door when it is required.
