The GAI-Tronics 396-00x is Type-3R weatherproof when it is installed in a surface-mount enclosure. The RED ALERT 396-00x is equipped with two auto-dial pushbuttons to provide two-way communication with the press of a single button.
Besides the HELP Button, the GAI-Tronics RED ALERT 396-00x has an ASSISTANCE button. This button can be programmed to call security or any non-emergency number.
