Tyco 712H 516.900.104 Fixed 60°C Heat Detector

The Tyco 712H (516.900.104) is a conventional fixed-temperature heat detector designed to provide reliable fire detection in environments where heat detection is preferred. It replaces the Tyco 611HF Fixed 60°C Heat Detector (516.600.214) and is suitable for marine and commercial applications.

Classified as a Category A1S heat detector, the 712H activates when the temperature reaches its fixed response threshold of 54°C to 65°C, in accordance with EN54-5. Unlike rate-of-rise detectors, the A1S classification means the detector responds only when the set temperature is reached, making it ideal for environments where rapid temperature fluctuations may occur during normal operation.
