The Tyco 811HExn (516.800.536) is an intrinsically safe heat detector from the Tyco 800Ex Series. Designed for reliable fire detection in dangerous environments. Used with the Tyco MUBEx detector base, it provides flexible heat detection capabilities for a wide range of industrial, marine, Offshore, and potentially explosive applications.

Furthermore, the 811HExn supports multiple operating modes, making engineers able to set the detector to suit the environmental conditions and fire risks of the protected area. As a result, a single detector can be adapted for applications needing either fixed temperature detection or rate of rise heat detection.
