The Rosemount High Level & Overfill Alarm for LNG carriers is developed to provide an accurate and reliable alarm functionality for high level and overfill alarm. It is independent and adapted to the high requirements on safety onboard LNG carriers.
The intrinsically safe gauge comprises the antenna with sensor that transmit and receive radar signals and the electronic box that processes the signals.
The electronic box of the Rosemount High Level & Overfill Alarm for LNG carriers can be equipped with up to two modules, one module per level alarm channel. Each of the modules are galvanically isolated from each other. Each module processes the signals independently from each other the High Level and Overfill Alarm systems are integrated in one single unit.
