KSB Acto Double-acting Hydraulic Actuator

The KSB Acto is a double-acting hydraulic actuator that can be mounted on quarter-turn valves (butterfly valves or ball valves). It has a control pressure up to 120 bar. The Acto can be mounted on various types of valve stem ends (square end, flat end or key). It has force transmission via rack-and-pinion and scotch-yoke or patented Amri yoke kinematics provides output torques of up to 125000 Nm which are ideal for actuating quarter-turn valves. The KSB Acto is equipped with a visual position indicator and adjustable travel stops for open/closed position as standard. A manual override can be provided on request. The following accessories   are available for hydraulic control: - Shut-off valve - Hydraulic locking - Emergency shutdown (ESD) ACTO can be combined with all AMTROBOX control units. The KSB Acto is suitable for applications in water, energy and industrial engineering.
