Noris Temperature Sensor Model 3 - Protection Tube Thermowell

The Noris Temperature Sensor Model 3 consists of a nickel-plated non-ferrous metal sheat that encloses a potted temperature sensitive resistance element and a moulded head with cable entry.

The terminals of the resistance element are in the form of flat connectors. These will afford a vibration-proof connection in a minimum of space. The moulded head offers substantial advantages compared to a metal head. The interior of the head is electricallt insulated. Deficient connections will not cause any earth leakage. The palstic that is used has a very low thermal conductivity permitting conduction error to be minimized.
