Salwico 1150 Ultraviolet Test Lamp

The Salwico 1150 UV test Lamp is a portable, battery operated source of UV radiation. It is used to test UV flame detection systems. A fire is simulated by the intrinsically safe device by producing a beam of UV radiation. This beam has the same wavelength as the response range of Salwico UV Detectors. This enables the operator to verify the proper system operation without the need for an open flame. The 1150 is comparable with a common flashlight, making it easier to handle and operate than other test lamps.
