Lavastica International supplied the fire detection equipment to upgrade the Autronica AutroSafe System for the MSV Regalia. The MSV Regalia is at Keppel Verolme and will undergo a refurbishment program which includes a partial renewal of the accommodation. The MSV Regalia provides all the required offshore support. The rig has a maximum of 380 beds and seven offices, 400T lift capacity, high payload and deck area, eighteen man saturation diving system, 226 tonnes derrick and unit 3 fire fighting capabilities. MSV Regalia can be used both in the traditional flotel market and in the subsea construction market.
